The Centre for Academic Development(CAD) was established in June 2007. The centre comprises the Teaching and Learning Department and Academic Quality Assurance Department. Mostly it caters to the professional development of the academic staff through organizing courses related to teaching and learning. CAD is also responsible in ensuring the quality of academic programmes offered by UTHM which is done through continuous monitoring and assessment.
