This centre consists of Administrative and Financial Unit, Co-Curricular Department, Sports Unit, and Cultural Unit. The Co-Curricular Department manages co-curricular compulsory subjects for registered students.  Currently there are 42 co-curricular subjects offered including uniform bodies, sports activities and games as well as clubs and societies.

The Sports Unit conducts activities for staff and students including the intervarsity sports, Staff and Students Sports Carnival, Residential College Sports Carnival as well as other invitational tournaments at all levels. The Cultural Unit conducts activities concerning music, singing, dancing, theatre and other activities related to Malaysian cultures
