SSPN is a saving instrument that has been exclusively created by Perbadanan Tabung Pendidikan Tinggi Nasional (PTPTN) for higher learning financing purposes.
Apart from promising annual dividend returns, SSPN is also providing exclusive financial incentive in the form of Matching Grant for low income depositors. This scheme also provides free insurance protection and death compensation to all eligible depositors.

This scheme is open to all Malaysians.
