INTRODUCTION

MiNT- SRC formerly known as Microelectronics and Nanotechnology Centre, was established on 27th November 2006. In honouring  Y.Bhg Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Ir Shamsuddin Bin Abdul Kadir’s contributions and involvement in the development of the university, MiNTEC has been renamed to MiNT –SRC effective on the 25th November 2007.

RESEARCH SCOPE
