• Acts as the Point of Entry to the community
• Ensures any relation with the community is beneficial, effective, sustainable and standardized
• Provides comprehensive information on the expertise, facilities and resources in UTHM to the community.
• Upgrades and strengthens the existing partnership and establishes new relation in the district, state, national and international level.
• Educates the community towards the development, progress and sustainable transformation
• As a medium in the Knowledge Transfer Programme
