INTRODUCTION

Faculty of Technical Education (FPtek) is among the three newly established faculties in UTHM. The history of the faculty can be traced back to the establishment of Humanities and Education Department in 1996. The department later became Vocational & Technical Department (JPTV) when ITTHO was upgraded to KUiTTHO. Finally, JPTV gained its faculty status on 1st May 2004 and has since been known as Faculty Technical Education.
