The Centre for Science Studies was established in 2001. The centre has two departments namely; Mathematics Department and Science Department. These two departments  offer basic courses in science and mathematics to students who are doing undergraduate programmes in UTHM. The centre is also equipped with state-of-the-art laboratories that are used to support teaching and learning process.
