In order to support the effective learning process and provide conducive environment, this office plans to continuously upgrade the necessary facilities and services which would facilitate the development of students' self esteem, personalities as well as skils.

This office consists of 6 units that are responsible to handle various programmes, consultancy services and support the university’s administration.  They are as follows:
