Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia aims to provide academic programmes of high quality that are based on science and technology to fulfill customers’ expectations through excellent organisational management and continuous improvement. The university’s senior management and staff at all levels are highly committed to implementing and maintaining the effective quality management by fulfilling the requirements of the MS ISO 9001: 2008.


Quality objectives are created, implemented, monitored and periodically reviewed to ensure their achievement and suitability. The objectives are also updated so that they will be in accordance with the vision and mission of the university.

  • To ensure all programmes offered fulfil the market requirements and certified professional bodies and the relevant agencies.
  • To expand students admission to various admission avenues.
  • To ensure that all staff have the necessary academic qualifications in accordance with their job categories.
  • To ensure that all academic staff are given trainings for their teaching and learning tasks.
  • To ensure that all staff are given continuous trainings to improve their professionalism, competence and potential.
  • To produce graduates who are competent and highly competitive in the application of science and technology.
  • To provide adequate infrastructure, campus environment and equipment are the norms that have been agreed upon and decided for the purpose of academic programmes.
